1. General
By placing an order on fooddish.in you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. FoodDish reserves the right to modify prices, availability, or these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information
We take care to ensure product listings are accurate. However, product images are for representative purposes and actual packaging, weight or appearance may vary. Weights are approximate and subject to natural variation in frozen produce.
3. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. In case an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to arrange a substitute, a refund, or removal from the order.
4. Pricing & GST
All prices listed are inclusive of applicable GST (5% on frozen food items). Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on distance from Lado Sarai (free within 5 km; ₹15 per km beyond).
5. Payment
We accept UPI, direct bank transfer (Federal Bank), and Cash on Delivery. Prepaid orders are dispatched upon confirmation of payment receipt.
6. Delivery
We deliver across Delhi NCR in insulated cold-boxes. Estimated timings are indicative and may vary due to weather, traffic or logistics. FoodDish is not liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Frozen goods can be returned only within 24 hours of delivery, and only if the packaging is unopened or in case of a demonstrable quality issue. Please contact us on WhatsApp (+91 8929377059) within this window with photographs. No returns will be accepted after 24 hours.
8. Wholesale / Bulk Orders
Restaurants and bulk buyers may contact us for a personalised quote. Bulk pricing, credit terms and delivery slots are provided under a separate agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
FoodDish's liability in respect of any order shall be limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
