Shipping Charges Policy

At FoodDish, we provide safe and reliable delivery services for our frozen food products while maintaining proper handling and packaging standards.

Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location, distance, and order weight.

Free delivery is available within a 5 km radius.
For deliveries beyond 5 km, ₹15 per additional kilometre will be charged after the first 5 km.

Example:
For a delivery distance of 10 km, the first 5 km are free. The remaining 5 km will be charged at ₹15 per km.

Delivery Charge: 5 × ₹15 = ₹75

The final delivery charge will be calculated according to the customer's delivery address.

Outstation Delivery Charges (Outside Delhi NCR)

for outstation orders Delivery charges - ₹1,800 and Packing Charges 1000.

Note: Shipping charges are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

For shipments above 20 kg, the applicable delivery and packing charges will be confirmed separately before processing the order.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery details, PIN code, and contact information.
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of frozen products, additional charges may apply for special packaging, cold-chain delivery, remote locations, or other special handling requirements.
Any additional charges will always be communicated to and confirmed by the customer before processing the order.
Delivery is subject to logistics availability and serviceability of the customer's PIN code.
Certain remote or non-serviceable locations may not be eligible for frozen-product delivery.
